Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

• Build and manage data pipelines for the ingestion and analysis of structured and unstructured data from operating partners and other third parties 

• Develop controls and workflows to ensure quality and accuracy of data 

• Design, develop, and enhance proprietary models to improve competitive and operational intelligence 

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic insights on growth and investment opportunities (acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment, etc.) 

• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small teams or small projects 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or similar field 

• 1+ years’ experience in data engineering, business intelligence, business analytics or technology/strategy consulting 

• Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems within a dynamic environment 

• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and data modelling required

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, DAX a plus 

• Interest in learning how to utilize predictive analytics to improve our ability to forecast KPIs such as rate, occupancy, mix, etc. a plus

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; must be capable of explaining complex information to others in a straightforward manner 

• Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented and lean environment 

• Knowledge and interest in real estate and health care are a plus
