What You’ll Bring
Required:
5+ years of progressive project or technical management experience in site investigation/remediation under local, state, and federal programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Environmental field work experience.
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain).
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred:
Experience supervising and mentoring field teams.
Familiarity with groundwater and remediation technologies.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize field activities, manage schedules, and ensure equipment readiness.
Supervise, train, and motivate field staff; support hiring and performance evaluations.
Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients—resolving issues and maintaining clear communication.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ERM, and client safety guidelines.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment.
For the Managing Consultant, Remediation Program Field Manager position, the anticipated annual base pay is $93,023 - $118,233 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
