Position:   Manager, Strategic Initiatives  

Location:   Remote (USA)              

Reports to: Director, Strategic Initiatives

Overview:

The Manager, Strategic Initiatives plays a key role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual partners with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution through structured project management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from ideation through execution and post-implementation evaluation

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and timelines

  • Translate strategic goals into detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery

  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and insights

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decision-making

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and execution frameworks

  • Ensure initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy and organizational priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
