Project Engineer will drive continuous improvement and innovation in TRUMPF's production operations. You will develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and introduce new products to production.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology
Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability
Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence
Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or Associates with related work experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities
TRUMPF product familiarity
SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience
Fixture design knowledge
