New Lisbon, WI – Walk-In Facility

Location: New Lisbon, WI
Compensation: Based on Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support strategic planning and vision for the company

  • Lead and grow a strong production team focused on teamwork and collaboration

  • Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed

  • Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

  • Responsible for assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Develop and implement an efficient and effective manufacturing process that meets quality and on time delivery requirements.

  • Develop, recommend, and implement departmental policies, procedures, and methods.

  • Promote and implement Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company’s standards for safety, quality, and production.

  • Continually evaluate processes, recommend measure to improve production, equipment, performance, people, and quality.

  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

  • Mentor and coach all employees to reach their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in manufacturing or a closely related field preferred  

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment including 2 years work experience leading people

  • Experience with manufacturing ERP system and Microsoft Office required

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
