Madison College is seeking a Testing Coordinator to join the team at the Commercial Avenue Education Center in Madison, Wisconsin. This position supports test administration by proctoring exams, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring secure, compliant, and accessible testing environments for all students.
The Testing Coordinator is responsible for conducting administrative work associated with standardized assessments, preparing and maintaining testing spaces, and ensuring adherence to established procedures that uphold testing integrity and regulatory compliance. This position also provides technical support for computer-based testing platforms, including hardware and software setup, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accessibility. Maintaining test security and confidentiality is essential, along with accurate documentation of test administrations, scores, and accommodations in accordance with institutional and external requirements.
This is a part-time position, scheduled for 25 hours per week, year-round (52 weeks). Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Please note that this position requires one evening shift weekly (approximately 4-8pm). Within this timeframe, there is flexibility to establish a schedule that best fits your availability.
