Madison College’s School of Academic Advancement is seeking a Student Support Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students for the High School Completion program, guiding them through the intake and orientation process, and connecting them to essential college resources.
The Student Support Coordinator role is responsible for delivering responsive and inclusive services, student-centered support, maintaining accurate scheduling services, and participating in outreach efforts that encourage student engagement and retention. Offering accessible and coordinated assistance, this position plays a critical role in helping students navigate key transition points in their academic journey, particularly those working toward high school completion.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Benefits: Madison College provides a generous benefits package of vacation, holidays, health/vision/dental/life insurance options, and you will be able to participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS).
Grant Funded: This position renewable grant funded through June,30,2026. Continuation of this position is dependent on continued grant funding beyond this date. However, it is expected to be renewed.
