Position Summary:
The SVP, Business Systems will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and serve as a key member of the IT leadership team. This executive will lead the global strategy, execution, and governance of business systems and digital transformation across TKO.
As a strategic partner to Business Unit (BU) leadership, the SVP will work closely with senior business leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences across major events and rightsholder partnerships. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively integrate systems, deliver innovative solutions, and manage the critical interface between IT and the business.
In addition, the SVP will play a critical role in enabling AI-powered capabilities across business systems, ensuring seamless digital experiences across customer, employee, and partner journeys.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of business processes, a track record of transformational leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry would be ideal, but candidates with exceptional business technology experience from other industries will also be considered.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$350,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$263,000 annually
