The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Account Executive, Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for driving new business and returning business through the sale of ticket packages and group ticket sales. This role will sell and service ticket accounts across PBR events under the direction of the Manager, Ticket Sales and Service.
Personally sell PBR teams for designated events with emphasis on group ticket sales
Make 75-100 calls/day from lists provided; generate own leads through referrals, networking, social selling and effective research
Effectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products
Contribute positively to a competitive sales culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions
Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, etc.
Provide customer service support as necessary
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
You Have These:
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with CRM and Archtics preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain records timely and accurately.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1-year in ticket sales, in sports and entertainment industry
