Compensation: $700/week (pre-tax minimum per HBS funding requirements)

Overview

TKO Group Holdings - the parent company of WWE, UFC, IMG, PBR, and On Location - is building the operating muscle to turn its Data & AI strategy into measurable business outcomes across five distinct, high-profile business units. While multiple AI use cases have been identified across business units, the organization is in the early stages of developing a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to evaluating, prioritizing, and scaling these initiatives.

This role will support a key strategic workstream focused on structuring TKO’s AI initiatives portfolio. The intern will work cross-functionally with business leaders, data partners, and engineering stakeholders and contribute to materials used in leadership discussions and planning forums. The intern will have the SVP of AI & Data Transformation as a sponsor, with regular check-ins, plus meaningful exposure to senior leaders. The role will develop a portfolio-level approach to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence AI investment, including defining ROPI (Return on Product/Platform Investment), building a portfolio heatmap, and creating solution briefs to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

1.Executive-ready AI Portfolio View and Dashboard

  • Sharpen TKO’s AI portfolio view across TKO’s businesses (WWE, UFC, IMG, PBR, On Location, and key shared functions)

  • Create a simple, metric-backed portfolio dashboard to use for steering and planning forums and prioritization/ROI conversations with BUs.

  • Build short solution briefs tying the business problem, proposed AI/data solution, measurement approach, and directional ROPI view together for BU-facing conversations.

2.AI Use Case Playbook

  • Consolidate existing discovery of use cases, workflows, and BU pain points.

  • Measurement & ROPI Framework: Design simple, robust measurement framework including standard success metrics by use case, ROPI model, and templates connecting metrics to real data sources.

  • Develop repeatable playbook for team to use as new use cases emerge that:

  • Evaluates and prioritizes uses cases base impact, feasibility, and strategy fit. Validates and refines use cases through stakeholder engagement.

  • Identifies common themes or gaps across business units. Distinguishes BU-specific use cases from cross-portfolio opportunities.
