What you will be doing:
The Regional Manager is a field-based sales role that requires constant client facing interaction. This position requires up to 50% travel. Responsible for recruitment of new members and supporting the growth and maintenance of existing membership.
Premier is looking for A driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented sales professional ready to expand Premier’s footprint across the non-acute healthcare market. You’ll lead business development across ambulatory surgery centers, home health, and freestanding labs — driving measurable revenue growth while strengthening long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth – 70%
Develop and execute a territory plan that consistently delivers above-quota growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new Premier members across non-acute care settings.
Partner with contracted suppliers and distributor sales teams to co-sell Premier’s value proposition.
Conduct executive-level presentations that connect Premier’s solutions to members’ purchasing and operational goals.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, driving contract adoption, and satisfaction.
Territory Strategy & Market Expansion – 30%
Analyze market data and member performance to uncover new revenue opportunities.
Represent Premier at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Use CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline activity, forecast performance, and inform go-to-market strategies.
Provide feedback from the field on competitive intelligence, unmet customer needs, and growth barriers.
Share data-driven recommendations with leadership to continuously optimize regional strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have a results-driven attitude with a hunger for success
Proven track record for prospecting and closing new business
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong analytic skills
Previous sales experience preferred in medical surgical distribution/healthcare manufacturers/ clinical space or GPOs
Ability to work independently
Preference for candidates located in the Southeast United States.
