Performs diversified duties involving heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and related control systems.

Perform installation, operation, inspection, preventative maintenance and repair on all HVAC equipment.
Maintain the HRHS HVAC control system according to state and local regulatory agencies.
Work with outside vendors and contractors.
Report any complications on specific jobs or equipment to management.
Perform routine maintenance and other functions as needed and/or requested.
Consider budget when purchasing or requesting supplies, equipment, etc.
Provide assistance in responding to fire alarms and other codes.
Meet scheduling requirements and take call.
Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
3-5 years of previous experience.
Required License/Certifications/Registrations
EPA certification within 6 months of start date.
Kansas Driver's License (if position requires driving)
Auto insurance equal to or greater than the Kansas insurance requirements (if position requires driving).

Journeyman licensure.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of heating, air-conditioning, ventilation systems, refrigeration, and related control systems.
