Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of previous experience.

Required License/Certifications/Registrations

• EPA certification within 6 months of start date.
• Kansas Driver's License (if position requires driving)
• Auto insurance equal to or greater than the Kansas insurance requirements (if position requires driving).

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education and Experience

• Completion of approved apprenticeship program.

Preferred License/Certifications/Registrations

• EPA certification
• Journeyman licensure.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of heating, air-conditioning, ventilation systems, refrigeration, and related control systems.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment to perform HVAC functions.
• Knowledge of fire safety codes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

• Heavy Work: Occasionally exerting up to 100 lbs - constantly exerting up to 20 lbs. 51-75% of the day may be standing or walking.
