Essential Responsibilities:

Perform physical examinations and obtain patient medical histories.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within scope of practice.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, imaging, and other studies.
Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Required License/Certifications/Registrations
Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
National board certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
Active DEA registration (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced clinical training or certification in a relevant specialty.
Experience in a similar role or specialty.
Additional certifications or training in a specific area of medicine.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Solid clinical knowledge of common medical conditions, treatments, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
