ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Administrative Specialist with event planning SFS staff and student events including Military Graduation ceremony, Military family fun day, FCI tabling events, CFAW, etc.
2. Assist Administrative Specialist with daily needs within GFC office including monitoring the front desk
3. Assist Administrative Specialist with document management tasks such as sorting mail, indexing Microfiche, filing work, etc.
4. Assist Administrative Specialist with other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is typically a climate-controlled office setting though some work on-site outdoor locations (weather permitting) may occur
If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee’s position.
