Job Description

Shift: 1st Shift
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $97,300 to $146,000 Annually
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Position Objective:

Lead the financial staff at the company and be accountable for plant level responsibilities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.

• Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.

• Submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis

• Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results.

• File and retain accurate records

• Attend daily plant and production meetings

• Assist in the completion of special projects

Experience/Skills:

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. 

• Five to ten years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

• High level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets and ERP/MRP systems.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Demonstrate leadership and proven ability to manage and develop staff

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
