Job Summary

Shift: 1st Shift
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $97,300 to $146,000 Annually
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Position Objective:
Lead the financial staff at the company and be accountable for plant level responsibilities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.
Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.
Submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis
Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results.
File and retain accurate records
Attend daily plant and production meetings
Assist in the completion of special projects
Experience/Skills:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Five to ten years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
High level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets and ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Demonstrate leadership and proven ability to manage and develop staff
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
