JOB TITLE: Account Executive
DEPARTMENT: Chicago Stars FC: Ticket Sales
ORGANIZATION: Marquee 360
REPORTS TO: Assistant Director, Ticketing (Chicago Stars FC)
FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt
COMPENSATION: New associate pay rate $19.25 per hour USD and eligible for discretionary sales incentive plan

The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through new Chicago Stars FC ticket sales. This role will independently research, prospect, cold-connect, and close new business. The Account Executive will maximize revenue through conducting a thorough sales process; from initial outreach through the final close for the full menu of ticket products including season tickets, premier seating, groups, partial plans, and special ticket offers.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Generate new revenue through campaign execution, cold calling, networking, and referrals for the full menu of ticket products
Maintain consistent dialogue with new prospects while balancing other touchpoints to drive success
Identify and capitalize on additional sales opportunities that extend beyond core responsibilities
Meet or exceed all operational and revenue targets
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Minimum of one (1) year sports sales or service experience
Demonstrated skill in time management and ability to sell multiple products concurrently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Proven track record of revenue generation through the execution of new business strategies
Strong desire to be a sales leader and a passion for sports sales
Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM tool
