SUMMARY:
The Practical Nursing Clinical Instructor is entrusted with imparting the knowledge and skill each student needs to be successful by providing quality delivery of assigned courses while ensuring that all students achieve competency in the course objectives. Instructors evaluate and resolve student questions, issues, and problems, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Dorsey Schools, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements. Instructors are to be motivating, fair, impartial, creative, dedicated, and professional. The Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors will supervise, lead, and teach Practical Nursing students at a “to be determined” medical facility.
