Job Summary
The director of student involvement and first year programs oversees 60+ student organizations and supervises the entirety of the Student Involvement and Student Experience program areas and staff, which includes Fraternity & Sorority Life, Lindenwood Student Government, First Year Experience, Second Year Experience, First-Generation, Commuter and Transfer programs, New Student Orientation initiatives, the Campus Activities Board (CAB), and Leadership and Student Development programming. The director cultivates a strategic vision to leverage engagement to promote student belonging and persistence.
