Reports to Supervisor Gaming Audit. The Lead Gaming Audit will be responsible to coordinate and assist with creation of multitude of accounting activities including revenue reconciliation, audit preparation and General Ledger activities. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Gaming Audit, ensures proper completion of daily Gaming Audits, Checklists, and Accounting Functions, timely and accurate reporting of Gaming Revenues.

Assist in leading gaming audit functions by ensuring staff verifies calculations and reconciles summary reports.
Measures, analyzes, evaluates, and reports on the adequacy of compliance with internal controls.
Promote and maintain good working relationships with related departments by keeping the lines of communication open.
Responsible for training and ensuring compliance with minimum internal control standards and company policies.
Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits
Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Responsible for records management in the Gaming Audit team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year as a Clerk Gaming Auditor or similar role and function
Mathematical aptitude and ability to count large sums of currency.
Operate a ten-key adding machine.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to be a TEAM player
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to supervise individuals and develop a strong working team
Organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.
