Inspire healing through recreation.
We’re looking for a compassionate and creative Non-Certified Recreational Therapist to support therapeutic recreation programs that help adults and older adults build life skills, improve wellness, and enhance quality of life. You'll work closely with certified staff to implement engaging group and individual activities tailored to patient needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and help develop recreational therapy care plans

• Lead and adapt group and individual therapeutic activities

• Collaborate with care teams in planning and progress updates

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

• Assist with supervision of TR students, interns, and volunteers

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• BCLS certification (if required by department)

• Family Care Safety Registry

• Valid driver’s license (if driving is required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or college coursework in a related field

• One year of experience in recreation, human services, or healthcare
