In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring our hospital’s technology environment runs efficiently. What You’ll Do

  • Provide first- and second-level desktop support to staff across the organization (in-person and remote)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues

  • Manage and resolve service tickets with a focus on timely follow-up and excellent customer service

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related systems

  • Support audio-visual and multimedia tools (e.g., virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams)

  • Educate and guide users on software applications and best practices

  • Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and technology deployments

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues

  • Ensure compliance with IT processes, security standards, and organizational policies

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Working knowledge of desktop systems, applications, and basic networking (TCP/IP)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting technology in a healthcare environment
