What You’ll Do
Deliver high-level desktop support to end users—both remotely and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, applications, and peripheral devices
Manage and resolve support tickets with a focus on timely follow-up and closure
Provide training and guidance on commonly used software applications
Support audio-visual and multimedia systems (e.g., Zoom, Teams, conference room tech)
Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and third-party solutions
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations
Contribute to process improvements, safety initiatives, and compliance standards
Manage small to mid-level projects and help implement technical solutions
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Technology, Business Management—or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and operating systems
Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare environment
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or similar)
