Additional Information:

The Supervisor, Family Resource Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Arkansas Children’s Family Resource Center. This role ensures the center functions efficiently and delivers high-quality support to patients, families, and internal partners. Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing, scheduling health education activities, planning special events, managing safety equipment and resource inventory, and operating within an assigned budget. The supervisor provides guidance and indirect oversight to staff while serving as the primary point of contact for operational needs, process improvements, and service coordination.

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Required Work Experience:

High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

Description

1. Oversees daily operations of the Arkansas Children’s Family Resource Center to ensure consistent, patient- and family-focused services.

2. Coordinates staffing schedules, assigns daily work, and ensures adequate coverage for all center functions.

3. Plans, schedules, and supports health education activities for patients, families, and community partners.

4. Serves as the primary operational contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

5. Organizes and executes special events and community outreach efforts that promote center services and support patient needs.

6. Manages ordering, tracking, and secure storage of safety equipment, educational materials, and program supplies.

7. Collaborates with clinics, departments, and satellite locations to ensure ongoing availability of safety resources across the system.

8. Oversees budgeted resources, including expense tracking, purchasing approvals, and cost-efficient operational planning.

9. Provides training, guidance, and indirect supervision to Family Resource Center staff, supporting performance and skill development.

10. Partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services, resources, and program initiatives.

11. Other duties as assigned.
