Global Procurement, within the Finance & Workplace team, manages all Nasdaq vendor relationships so that the company gets what it needs at the best prices, putting in place global arrangements and processes which benefit all associates locally. This includes hardware, software, and services of all kinds – anything the company buys.
What You’ll Do
Drive projects to design and implement best business practices, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on quotes, purchases, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Assist with vendor onboarding, contract preparation, payments, and staff reimbursements while maintaining accurate records.
Participate in supplier selection, negotiations, and implementation of contracts to achieve cost-effective procurement and operational excellence.
Contribute to supply chain setup and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product availability, lead time, and inventory turnover.
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in finance, computer science or business.
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets.
Basic skills in Excel, programming languages or other visualization tools like Power BI.
Nice-to-Have
Internship or project experience.
Involvement in student organizations, volunteering, or leadership roles.
Familiarity with emerging Gen AI technology and concepts.
This position will be located in New York City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
