Job Description Summary
The Director, Contract Management and Legal Support, is a key member of the legal department, responsible for the contract management process for the Legal Department and providing legal support to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Organizational Relationship/Scope
The Director, Contracting and Legal Support, Commercial Operations role will work closely with other members of the legal department, including outside counsel, and all departments that have third party contracts (e.g., Research and Development, Commercial, Compliance, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, etc.). This role will also manage and develop the team supporting the contract management process.
Working Conditions
The Director, Contracting and Legal Support, Commercial Operations role will mainly work in an office environment.
