• Stack full containers on pallets via robots and/or palletizer as specified by the BOM and stack pattern of the associated SKU

• Check and maintain all associated machines, equipment, and packaging lines to ensure proper operation and lessen production downtime

• Operate spray coders and make necessary adjustments to maintain required packaging specifications

• Operate and maintain palletizer and stretch wrap machine following safe operating procedures to ensure product and packaging quality during shipping

• Print and apply appropriate 2D barcode labels and associated LPs (license plates) to finished pallets and scan accurately into production

• Coordinate with the Packout operator to receive proper quality and quantity of product based on BOMs for particular SKUs

• Operate and maintain fork trucks following safe material handling practice and perform daily maintenance checks

• Clean plant areas as designated, meeting housekeeping standards

• Keep applicable production records and operating data accurately and correctly

• Perform any and all duties assigned

• Multiple certifications in the Packaging area, including certification on the Palletizer position, are preferred

• Work experience between 5 and 10 years in Charleston Packaging department preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,700.00 and $77,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
