The Director of Nursing is accountable for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the Nursing Department in order to provide resident care in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Covenant Living, standards of practice and the regulations established by State and Federal law. The Director of Nursing cooperates with all other department managers to assure that the needs of the residents are being met and that a professional working atmosphere is maintained.

Compensation Pay Range:
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $102,617.00 - $133,605.50 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.For full time employees, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
