Responsibilities:
Effectively executing study plans and shaping designs of experiments for assessing military utility
Researching military scenario performance factors
Modeling and simulation of military systems and scenarios
Analyzing simulation results and conducting statistical analysis
Identifying insights within data sets
Constructing a clear, concise, effective story based on study findings
Presenting results to stakeholders of multiple levels of seniority
Qualifications You Must Have:
Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field of study (operations research, engineering, mathematics, or physics)
2 or more years in relevant operations research, science and/or engineering related field
Experience with DoD mission modeling codes (AFSIM, STK, BRAWLER, SUPPRESSOR, ESAMS, etc)
Working knowledge of OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires missions
Experience with trade-space analyses for radar, EO/IR, communications, or weapons payloads.
Experience working in or familiarity with object-oriented programming or standard tools such as Matlab, Python, and C++.
Eligible to obtain/maintain Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
Military strategy and/or service
Master's degree or higher in related field of study (operations research, engineering, mathematics, physics)
AFSIM Developer Training or AFSIM Plug-in development experience
Experience in SAP environments
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and current full-scope polygraph U.S. Security Clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
