Position Summary
Mercedes-Benz Stadium Fan Experience Team is looking for an outgoing, qualified candidate to join the Fan Experience Staff. As a Fan Experience intern, you will mainly be responsible for supporting the Surprise & Delight Fan Appreciation Program and various other tasks related to elevating the fan experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This position is part-time, working no more than 30 hours per week based out of Mercedes-Benz Stadium from August to December. Hourly compensation is provided for this position. Housing is not provided.

Roles and Responsibilities
Execute Fan Experience elements including (but not limited to) event day experiences (on-field elements, seat deliveries, executing giveaways, etc.) and service recovery efforts
Assist with surprise & delight preparation up to 5 hours before an event
Work with Fan Experience and partnering teams to ensure seamless logistical execution of Surprise & Delight activities (including managing inventory)
Interact with fans and staff in an enthusiastic, positive, and professional manner
Act as a fan experience ambassador, providing assistance to all members of the fan experience team in functions that relate to improving fan satisfaction
Other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Required Job Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a professional work setting
Must be available to work 80% or more of the Fall Mercedes-Benz Stadium events (including, but not limited to, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United & other third party events on nights, weekends, and holidays)
Comfortable speaking to fans/guests and executives in a confident manner
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience collaborating effectively as a member of a team
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Must be able to be on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
Must have reliable transportation
Archtics experience a plus
