The Assistant Wellness Supervisor plays a key supporting role in the daily operations of the ranch’s wellness program, including spa treatments, fitness offerings, and relaxation spaces. Working closely with the Wellness Supervisor, this position helps ensure all services are delivered smoothly, safely, and with exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, guest-focused, and excited to contribute to a restorative and memorable wellness experience for our guests. 

Dates: Beginning of April through October. 

Role and Responsibilities  

  • Support the Wellness Supervisor with day-to-day management of spa and wellness operations. 

  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and supporting wellness team members, including therapists and instructors. 

  • Greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and guide guests through available wellness offerings. 

  • Help manage appointment bookings, service schedules, and guest flow to ensure a seamless experience. 

  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of treatment rooms, fitness spaces, and relaxation areas. 

  • Monitor and restock wellness supplies, product inventory, and linens as needed. 

  • Uphold and model all safety, sanitation, and guest service standards. 

  • Communicate guest needs, concerns, or special requests to the Wellness Supervisor and staff in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Assist with wellness events, classes, or special programming as assigned. 

  • Support staff training initiatives to ensure consistency and excellence in service. 

Required Qualifications  

  • Prior experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or guest service roles preferred. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming, guest-focused demeanor. 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small and dynamic team. 

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy peak-season schedules. 

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. 

  • Interest in wellness, fitness, holistic care, or spa services is a plus. 

  • Active guest-facing role requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).
