Position Summary
The Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst is a highly motivated, analytical individual who supports lead generation, revenue, retention, and fan intelligence reporting and insights for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium events. This role will perform complex queries and stored procedures, analyzing and tracking all aspects of the ticket sales journey, working directly with marketing, sales, and retention leadership to deliver insights about our fans and evaluate campaign performance. Analyzing our holistic revenue funnel across Falcons, Atlanta United, third party major events, and sponsorship, this role will build and maintain dashboards that drive the organization’s data-driven decision-making. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue Strategy & Analytics and will work with stakeholders across AMB Sports & Entertainment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop reporting and analytical insights to support the business goals of key AMBSE stakeholders
Support data-driven lead generation and lead scoring initiatives for season ticket leads by capturing and importing fan data, analyzing engagement across digital channels, and evaluating CRM touchpoints
Contribute to AMBSE’s business intelligence environment, including data preparation, stored procedure maintenance/creation, ETL support, and query development, and assist in responding to data requests across the organization
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to surface insights for business stakeholders, including leadership teams
Partner with department leaders to support data-informed decision making and operational insights
Assist in building fan profiles that highlight behaviors, tendencies, and characteristics for season ticket prospects, members, and other key fan segments
Support the identification of at-risk accounts and help develop reporting to inform proactive retention strategies
Help implement, document, and improve analytical processes and reporting workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across the business
Support personalized fan journey initiatives across ticket sales and marketing channels, including CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, web, and paid media platforms (CDP)
Analyze performance across the ticket sales funnel, from lead generation and nurturing through conversion
Collaborate with the Manager of Revenue Strategy & Analytics on data standardization, fan data capture methods, and emerging analytical opportunities
Serve as a supporting point of contact for database, reporting, and analytical requests across the AMBSE organization
Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests with attention to detail, timeliness, and sound analytical judgment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related preferred
1-3years of experience in a data and analytics role (sports/entertainment experience a plus)
Working knowledge in querying databases and SQL, with strong understanding of manipulating complex tables across disparate sources
Exposure in creating advanced predictive models or process automation in R/Python is a plus
Strong data visualization skills; experience with data visualization software and managing real-time dashboards (PowerBI preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong verbal skills, with ability to present, convey, and collaborate on analytical findings
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Highly capable problem solver, able to work on complex problems requiring strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative ability
Self-starter; can develop outputs independently before requesting assistance
Servant-leader mentality, with ability to build trust-based relationships with associates across the organization
