Responsibilities:
Managing Calendars and Scheduling
Travel arrangements & Expense reimbursements
Offsite/onsite Meeting and Engagement Events
Ordering Business Meals
Communications, Presentations and Executive Summaries
Department Project Tracking
Purchase Requests
Conference Room Maintenance
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding for Department
Qualifications You Must Have:
A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 4 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
Must have proficient knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.
Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and have experience in the creation and execution of projects and goals.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Security and Safety protocols
Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management systems
Knowledgeable in Program Management tactics and Software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
