The work:
- Lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end.
- Be responsible for team decisions and expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
This is hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here is what you need:
- A minimum of ten years of experience with SAP FICO including familiarity with key FI sub-modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting and CO submodules including Cost Centers (CCA), Profit Centers (PCA), Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- A minimum of three years of experience working in a Global Delivery (on-shore/off-shore) model
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points if:
- Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions and Business Operation Management is suggested.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is recommended.
- Application Maintenance and/or production support experience with SAP FICO
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
