YESCO is seeking a Custom Account Executive who excels at building relationships, devising solutions, and driving measurable growth. GENERAL PURPOSE

Accelerate growth of new and existing client accounts through relationship building, strategic selling, and consistent achievement of ambitious sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a targeted number of sales presentations each week with prospective and established clients.

  • Deliver presentations that inspire confidence and clearly demonstrate the value of YESCO products and services.

  • Acquire high-potential accounts while strengthening opportunities within long-term partnerships.

  • Guide prospects with confidence and turn questions into opportunities.

  • Present benefits, prepare accurate quotes, and finalize agreements with precision.

  • Expand revenue by building a referral network filled with trusted connections.

  • Generate new accounts through purposeful outreach, including in-person prospecting and strategic calls.

  • Represent YESCO with professionalism, credibility, and presence in every interaction.

  • Manage time and territory effectively to maximize results.

  • Apply marketing insights and sales tools to improve strategy and outcomes.

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that support sales success.

NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS

Connect with businesses of every size that rely on impactful identification and branding solutions to elevate their visibility and growth.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of proven external sales success. A Bachelor’s degree is highly valued.

  • A track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing high-value opportunities.

  • Professional presence, refined communication, and a consultative selling style.

  • Skill in preparing, planning, and developing accounts with measurable outcomes.

  • Experience influencing multiple decision-makers with confidence and strategy.

  • Strength in problem-solving and value creation.

  • Proven success in cultivating client loyalty and long-term partnerships.

  • Outstanding communication, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for achieving ambitious goals.

  • Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

  • A valid driver’s license.
     

Preferred Expertise:

  • Experience in the sign industry and familiarity with construction materials and finishes.

  • Understanding of local advertising codes and regulations.
