Summary:
The Vice President of Corporate HR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate HR, including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR governance, and for aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Lead organizational transformation, change management, and culture initiatives
2. Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Design programs for high-potential talent identification and retention
- Drive performance management frameworks and executive coaching initiatives
3. Organizational Effectiveness
- Guide change management during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement strategies
- Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and ESG initiatives
- Monitor employee sentiment and implement improvement plans
5. HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems are compliant and scalable
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy
- Manage HR risk, compliance, and corporate governance requirements
6. Data & Analytics
- Leverage HR analytics to drive decision-making
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track workforce trends and outcomes
7. Team Leadership
- Collaborate with regional/business HR leaders to ensure alignment
- Build a high-performing HR function with a strong business partnership

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 14–16+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Demonstrated success in organizational transformation and change leadership
