ROCKWOOL is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager – Residential, based in our Chicago office (60638), to join our ROCKWOOL Marketing Team. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Branding and has no direct reports.

The Residential Channel Marketing Manager is the strategic conduit between the field sales organization and the residential market. Serving as the voice of sales in Residential Marketing, this role owns the development and management of key retail media initiatives including:
The ideal candidate brings specialized expertise in retail partnership management, omni-channel campaign execution, and metric-driven marketing strategy—collaborating directly with partners to develop programs that drive relationships and sales growth.
You’ll create and manage diverse content that resonates with multiple residential audiences: supporting DIY/DIFM (do-it-yourself/do-it-for-me) homeowners while developing content for contractors, builders, and residential architects.
This position bridges commercial strategy with tactical execution across Big Box retail (Home Depot, Lowe's) and Lumberyard channels. Your expertise includes data-driven marketing expertise, proven retail media platform management experience, and deep understanding of field sales needs and channel dynamics.

What We Offer
The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 – $115,000.00. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
