Essential Duties 基本职责:
- Achieve sales targets through signed redecoration of customers and projects. Responsible for Key Results. 通过实现签约零售客户与工程项目实现销售目标,对关键结果负责。
- Rapidly grasp the market dynamics, regularly analyze the market status and trends, customers, and competitors in the local market, develop marketing plans and implement them after approval by superiors. 及时掌握市场动态,定期对当地市场进行市场现状与趋势,客户,竞争对手进行分析,制定营销计划并在上级批准后实施。
- Responsible for sales life cycle management, from sales leads, pre-sales development, order management, and accounts management to after-sales work. Conduct business negotiations, business PR, win orders and achieve profit targets with customer payments. 负责销售生命周期的管理,从销售线索,售前开发,订单管理,账款管理到售后工作。代表公司进行商务谈判,业务公关,赢得订单,实现利润目标与客户付款。
- Collect customer and market feedback in time, and promote business improvement and product improvement. Input valuable information into the organization to improve organizational efficiency. 及时收集客户与市场反馈,促进公司业务改进与产品提高,为组织输入有价值的信息从而提高组织效率。
- Responsible for all kinds of customer management, developing new customers, maintaining and consolidating existing customers, and establishing long-term stable relationships. Improve customer satisfaction by constantly understanding customer intentions and needs and adjusting working methods in time. 负责各类客户的管理,开发新客户,维护和巩固既有客户,建立长期稳定的关系。通过不断了解客户意向和需求,及时调整工作方式,从而提高客户满意度。
- Carry out technical exchanges and market promotion activities. 开展技术交流与市场推广活动。
- Complete CRM system maintenance, data collection, statistics, and work report on time. 按时完成CRM系统维护,数据统计分析与工作汇报。
- Cooperate with internal resources to achieve inter-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation. Develop and integrate external resources to improve brand influence and reputation. 协同公司内部资源以达成部门内部与跨部门合作。开发和整合外部资源提高品牌影响力及公司声誉。
- Perform other related duties as assigned. 完成分配的其他相关工作。
Education and Experience 教育和经验要求:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, outstanding candidates may extend. 本科及以上学历,优秀者可放宽。
- 3-5 years of sales-related experience, at least 1 year experience in the doors and windows industry. Knowledge of the doors and windows industry, hardware accessories, and related information knowledge of BBG products is a plus. 3-5年从事销售相关工作的经历,至少1年的门窗行业经验。对门窗行业有相关了解,对系统门窗,五金配件有一定的了解,对内置百叶产品了解是一个加分项。

- Understand the basic general processes and principles from sales leads to delivery and understand the basic processes and principles of customer purchasing decisions. 了解从销售线索到出货的基本通用流程和原理,了解客户采购决策的基本流程和原理。
