Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the building, conveyor system, grounds and utility systems at the direction of management.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm (OT expected based on business needs).

**$20.00 - $25.00/hour (Depending on experience)

**$1,500.00 Sign-on Bonus!!

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

At the direction of management:

• Schedules repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation of the conveyor system, tools, material handling equipment and transportation equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
• Helps direct workers and contractors engaged in maintaining the building and grounds of Breakthru Beverage ensuring the building (interior and exterior) and grounds are maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction, improvements and safety inspections.

Keep the warehouse clean at all times.

• Manage the POS so it is neatly organized and easily accessible.

• Coordinate repair services for trucks and clean the office two times per week.

Perform outside maintenance including, but not limited to, grass cutting and snow blowing.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safety regulations

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
