The receptionist is responsible for supporting departments administrative needs. The receptionist is the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and is responsible for directing all calls and visitors through the building and ensuring that all other receptionist duties are complete in an accurate, high quality, and timely manner. The receptionist assists the department with administrative tasks. Monitor and order supplies as needed and ensure they are put away in conjunction with the Operations team. Assist with preparation and logistics for events as directed by manager.Job Description:
Candidate must be able to work on site in Cicero, IL office 5 days M-F.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain professional environment by communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
Assist in the control of access to the Breakthru Beverage facility by following established procedures.
Assist with any administrative tasks as needed.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $17.50-$22.53
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
