Title: Refinance Titles Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A REFINANCE TITLES ADMINISTRATOR:

Keep track of a queue of titles that need to be retrieved
Contact financial institutions to locate titles
Create and review paperwork to submit documents to DMVs
Regularly follow up with DMVs on title process
Take inbound and outbound calls
Keep track of conversations with financial institutions, customers, and DMVs
Notate customer accounts throughout entire process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in title management is a plus, but not required.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to coach and be coached.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers.
