Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
12 or more years of experience in healthcare positions
5 or more years of experience in a senior leadership position
Deep understanding of the pharmacy value chain
Analytical strategic thinker, with the financial and business acumen to analyze data and translate into actionable takeaways
Highly articulate communicator and compelling leader able to develop a clear vision and translate it into goals and results.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and processes in a manner that drives to tangible impact
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities. Flexible, resourceful, able to work in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience with health plan or pharmacy reimbursement (e.g., health plan network/contracting or pharmacy contracting)

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
