Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree OR 4 years of experience in the Health Care industry.
2 years of experience with Provider Network contracting and credentialing systems.
Written and verbal communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Previous HEDIS and/or CMS STARs experience
Solid understanding of health insurance, customer messaging/design and project management
Strong experience using Microsoft products, including Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint
Experience in financial/trend analysis
Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results.
Client-site Location: This is a field based position in the Birmingham, AL market, including surrounding cities. The individual will be onsite at the corporate office provider offices 3-5 times weekly.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, typical business hours

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$44,300.00 - $84,300.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
