Reporting to the Director of Product Engineering, this role is vital for achieving our development goals. The candidate must possess strong management, technical, and communication skills to collaborate with product management on defining and delivering our products. We seek a high-energy Manager of Product Engineering with experience in scalable SaaS healthcare products. This hands-on role will work closely with the director, agile coach, architects, and engineers to drive product development.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you are responsible for planning, delivery, agile process, culture, mentorship, and career progression. You must align with Technical Leads, Architects, and product experts to ensure high-quality functional enhancements and well-designed solutions to technical and functional issues are delivered on time. You act to impact the achievement of product and company objectives positively.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $145,500 - $203,900
