The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- Supply Chain Key Accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all personnel related issues pertaining to the department.
    • Support the ongoing development and training of the staff inclusive of Supervisors within the department, where applicable.
    • Scheduling, hiring, and evaluating all personnel.
  • Supports Holman’s Key Accounts in terms of developing, presenting, and implementation of custom Supply Chain solutions for our clients and prospects.
  • Design and deliver customized supply chain solutions that align with client goals and operational needs.
    • Sells prospects on the value of Holman Key Accounts Supply Chain Management.
  • Articulate and sell the value of Holman’s Key Accounts Supply Chain Management to existing clients and prospective clients.
    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to replacement strategy, budget management, spec development, pre-order planning, order management, and monitoring the licensing/delivery process to ensure successful execution.
    • Engage relevant parties across the Holman organization including ordering, procurement, upfitting, L&T, and delivery to optimize and execute the replacement/supply chain strategy.
  • Engage and align internal stakeholders across ordering, procurement, upfitting, License & Title and delivery teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes and client outcomes.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Manages the reporting and performance of the Supply Chain Coordinators and Account Executives.
    • Ensures a proper and complete start-up for all new ordering accounts. This will include securing vehicle specifications and information required to develop an initial specification catalog.
    • Ensures the timely distribution of recurring and ad-hoc status reports.
    • Provides consultative guidance to the staff and clients on custom solutions for reporting and distribution of deliverables.
    • Foster the growth of strong customer relationships.
    • Act as a liaison with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.
  • Manages the budget for our Holman Key Accounts customers, as applicable.
    • Ensures the proper reconciliation between budget projections, billings and client payments.
    • Create and execute custom invoicing solutions as needed to meet our client’s goals.
  • Oversees the communications between Supply Chain personnel and Sales/REMs to bring back information from the field to internal Supply Chain responsible parties including TSAs, Supply Chain Specialists, and order processors.
  • Supports Holman Key Accounts in the planning and development of department goals, initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of relevant career experience; with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer facing roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading people or projects
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

Benefits:

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $120,730.00 - $187,130.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
