Job Title: Production Assistant – Equity Research
Reports to: Director of Research Editorial

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
The Production Assistant will provide optimal full service administrative and project support to the Equity Research Editorial Team and Research Management Team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Editorial Research Functions:
- Assist with publication of notes, models and surveys including reformatting to meet publication standards
- Help maintain database of analysts, stocks, ratings, and estimates in BlueMatrix and on the Leerink Portal and publish accurate reports which draw from the database
- Maintain the database of events for healthcare calendars and format calendars for publication
- Coordinate Analyst Model Products and Portal
- Schedule, announce and track client conference calls for analysts
- Develop new templates and assist with formatting documents
- Create and Review invites for marketing departments
- Communicate department standards to analysts on a regular basis
Technology Functions:
- Interface with analysts on support, testing, training and documentation regarding the department’s use of business technology
- Serve as a conduit for any enhancement to the functionality and troubleshooting of the department’s technology including BlueMatrix, the Portal, and FactSet
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new initiatives to the IT systems and communicate required changes to IT contacts
- Help maintain integrity of databases for firm
Administrative Functions:
- Edit accurate calendars and schedules for firm events, SA and Research Management teams
- Provide backup communicative coverage for department and firm
- Provide vacation coverage for other department assistants
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with one to two years of experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with HTML and visual basic
- Excellent organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness and desire to learn the systems used for Research (i.e., BlueMatrix publishing system, Leerink Partners Portal, FactSet, IPREO, Bloomberg, CRM Database)
- Interest in the stock market and finance
- A 6:30AM start is required
- Licenses preferred; required to obtain if not currently licensed upon joining
