As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and providing exceptional service to existing clients. You will work closely with prospective clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate insurance products that align with their goals. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance policies based on clients' personal or business needs.
  • Present and explain various insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial policies.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet individual and team production goals.
  • You will be assigned leads from customers that have already expressed an interest in a quote by contacting us either online or over the phone previously.
  • Must hold an active and valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license prior to your start date for this position. Invest in your success!
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, or a related field, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • This position is primarily a phone based position that will be handling incoming calls as needed and making at least 150-200 outgoing calls per day.
