You will be using your professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Process customer policy change requests and take payments.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Handle customer renewals.
  • Represent the company at local events
  • Assist agents with obtaining signatures and securing paperwork
  • Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for agents

Requirements:

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
