Our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) in McDonough, GA, is hiring for a full-time General Warehouse, Receiving position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Demonstrated proficiency in relative level one positions
• Complete assigned workload according to procedures to meet or exceed department productivity and accuracy standards.
• Effectively utilize system resources and equipment to process workload.
• Identify and communicate issues that would negatively impact customer service, safety, team work, and/or the profitability of the company.
• Operate vehicles per company safety policy and guidelines.
• Assist other departments and employees as necessary.
• Based on in-depth knowledge of the operation, assist leadership in the review of departmental procedures to improve efficiency and quality output of the operation.  Must be able to identify and suggest resolutions to reoccurring issues.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate personnel; Customer Service, Leadership, Sales, Data Entry and other OFC Departments to ensure accuracy of inventory, maximize production / efficiency, minimize errors, and ultimately increase customer service.
• General description of each position (to include assisting in other duties to support the operation)
  • Receiving Processor – Verify product and quantity for receipt from vendors.  Ensure product is properly packaged and labeled per SRE’s procedure.  Appropriately assigned product to the correct zone for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Returns Processor – Verify product, quantity, and product/packaging condition for orders returned from customers.  Utilize procedures to determine the disposition of the product.  Appropriately assign product to the correct location or zone.

Pay Rate: $17.70 Hourly
