The Badging Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The individual collaborates closely with Meeting Planners and Event Managers to address and resolve any badging inquiries.
Availability: 1st & 2nd Shift.
Pay Rate: $17.75.
Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Accurately and efficiently print and assemble name badges for all guests.
Effectively communicate to Meeting Planners and Event Managers when badging questions arise. Connect with Front Office leadership as needed.
Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.
Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.

What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Administration skills required.
Strong computer skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft products; Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams experience is desirable.
Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
Compensation:
$17.75-
