We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for delivering top-notch service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor! In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
• Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a smile.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Create a positive and motivating work environment.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
